Timed Events: 

Modified Agility Test: 

Event 1 – Sled Push: This event requires pushing a training sled loaded with 165 pounds a distance of 15 feet across a level concrete surface. 
Event 2 – Hurdle Over/Under: Applicant is required to run a distance of 50 yards then step over a 27-inch hurdle, followed by moving under a 42-inch hurdle, then step over a 27-inch hurdle, followed by moving under a 42-inch hurdle for a total of two overs and two unders. Hurdles are spaced 4 feet apart. 
Event 3 – Balance: Applicant is required to run a distance of 72 yards then mount a 6x6-inch beam and walk a distance of 15 feet. At the end of the beam, the applicant then must dismount. 
Event 4 – Weight Drag: Applicant is required to run a distance of 25 yards then lift, pull, or drag a dead weight 165-pound object (dummy) for a distance of 15 feet. 

Sprint & Hold Test: 

This event requires completing a 300-meter sprint followed by holding a 165-pound dummy for 10 seconds. 

60-Second Reps: 

(As many reps as possible in 60 seconds.) 

Step Up Test 
This event requires stepping up with each foot onto a 12-inch platform then stepping down so both feet touch the ground before stepping back up. 

Sit Up Test 
On the "Get Ready" command, applicant assumes the starting position by laying flat on their back with knees bent at 45 degrees. Feet may be together or up to 12 inches apart, resting flat on the ground and may be stabilized by a partner holding the ankles with the hands only. The applicants' fingers must be interlocked behind the neck or head. 

Push Up Test 
On the "Get Ready" command, applicant will assume the front-leaning rest position (push-up) with the arms straight, elbows locked, hands about shoulder width apart, and palms placed flat on the floor. The feet may be together or up to 12 inches apart. The body should be essentially straight when viewed from the side, from the shoulders to the ankles.
